§1 · THE FLOOR
Every floor holds up to ten traders, one desk each. The session opens at the Opening Bell and ends at the Closing Bell. Only one of you is getting promoted.
§2 · YOUR DESK
That monitor isn't decoration. It's a live terminal. You trade for real on Solana and Robinhood Chain. Fees are shown before you confirm, and every confirmed trade hits the floor ticker for everyone to see.
§3 · GETTING PROMOTED
At the Closing Bell, the highest PnL % on the floor moves up a level. Higher floors, tougher rooms. That's the entire job description.
§4 · GETTING FIRED
Blow up and you're done. Pack your box. Back to Broke Street.
§5 · THE COMMISSION
Every floor has a shared pool, funded by Broke Street from a portion of that floor's fees. Traders who hit the minimum volume split it. The promoted trader takes a bigger share. Quiet floors, small pools.
§6 · DRESS CODE
Everything you own shows up at your desk: watches, suits, the money gun. Flex on the desk next to you. Cosmetics don't boost your PnL. You still have to trade.
§7 · COMPANY POLICY
Real trades carry real risk. Management is not responsible for your losses, and nothing on this floor is financial advice. Only trade what you can afford to lose.
